Gourmet Restaurant As the seasons go by, this well-placed bistro finds its place, its line and its clientele. A modern take on the usual, and a definite effort to offer a pleasant plate with a varied choice: pan-fried supions and shrimps with aniseed, Thai salad, scallop and chorizo risotto, duck breast with honey-lemon sauce, chocolate moelleux with crème anglaise. Cellar with a few regional references, including the fine Eolienne de Mas d'Espanet at €35.
