Gourmet Restaurant An interesting wine bistro with a wide selection of both solid and liquid wines. The cellar gives you the chance to discover young winemakers, and the menu is modern and interesting, focusing on simple, seasonal ingredients, blending vegetal and wild things: pig's trotters on toast with wine caramel and apple, grilled romanesco cabbage with smoked paprika butter and Sicilian almond yogurt, aubrac flank steak with Camargue potato and shallot sauce. You'll eat for €40 with Liège coffee, and the lunch starter-main course is €25.
