A house like a contemporary pavilion on the outskirts of town, near the ring road, in a business park. Boris Monnin, a native of the region who attended the Besançon hotel school, traveled extensively before opening his first restaurant in the suburbs, then this one five years ago. His energy and predilection for fish and shellfish (a €69 "Grand Large" menu with lobsters from the fish tank), and his modern menu with attractive choices: mackerel mi-cuit à la flamme bell pepper paste with chili jelly, veal marinated with soy asparagus gravlax, then snacked on meat juice with fresh garlic. Well-crafted desserts, wines from Arbois and Chez Guillaume in Charcenne, and a lovely view of the surrounding countryside.
