Gault&Millau's review2025
A beautiful, classic building next to the thermal baths, a benchmark in the region. The house is well-kept, the style classic and meticulous, and well worth its toque: pâté en croûte with foie gras, asparagus cream and Breuchin trout gravlax, poultry supreme with Dijon mustard, yogurt sauce and potato gratin with morbier cheese, profiteroles with hazelnut ice cream. The "Terroir" menu at €34 is very good.
