Just outside Lure, at the gateway to the Haute-Saône region, this beautiful farmhouse run by Christopher Aubry showcases the specialties of Franc-Comtoise cuisine. The place is not lacking in elegance, with period stonework and sober contemporary furnishings hosting the chef's graphic and innovative plates. Suprême de pintadeau crème de maïs bisque de crevettes à l'estragon duxelles de champignons, dos de julienne croûte de mélisse served in its bouillabaisse-style broth potato risotto... Menus range from €36 to €82.
