A new address to discover, cool, modern and simple. In this welcoming bistro format that doesn't play to the stars, and in a quiet corner of the old town, these inexpensive small plates hit the spot, served by a young, motivated team: roasted beet with zaatar, almond-crusted salmon in a spicy leek confit lemon ricotta sauce, pear caramel crumble buckwheat for a home-made sequence that deserves a mention and a small toque of encouragement.
