On the Placette, a regular address for this traditional bistro, which mixes the latest ingredients to form coherent, well-dressed plates: radish and smoked haddock carpaccio, 63° organic egg and guanciale, tuna tataki with beet pickles, pork belly with barbecue sauce. The full menu at €41 offers the essence of the place, finishing with a pink pavlova with raspberry mousse and lychee tartar. The lunch menu is €34.
