Mesa's creators, chef de cuisine Julien Duchaussoy and back office manager Loïck Fitamant, are intimately familiar with the scents and attractions of long-distance travel. For Mesa, they have recreated a paradisiacal universe for an enchanting expedition through the discovery of a world cuisine sublimated by real experiences and seasonal products. For lunch, meals are available in bistronomic formulas. In the evening, the convivial table is the perfect place to discover a variety of flavors from around the world. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday, musical evenings deliver Latin rhythms in a caliente atmosphere. Then it's time for cocktails specially prepared by the bar manager, to be enjoyed on the terrace for a moment of escapism at the top of Lille's business district.
