Sponsored Alison Chapuis, a daring young entrepreneur, has taken up a daring challenge by launching Madame Truffe, a foodtruck that is now a must. Transforming a French luxury product into a street food star, she has won over gourmets with her truffle creations. Her vintage foodtruck, a real attraction at regional festivals, offers homemade recipes based on Aquitaine truffles. On the savory side, her two flagship creations delight every palate: a refined burger with organic bun, beef steak, truffled cheese and mayonnaise, topped with a pipette of truffle juice, and a truffle-flavored raclette bowl that's a hit with everyone. For those with a sweet tooth, her chocolate custard brownie with truffle is a delight. A business school graduate, Alison has transformed a study project into an itinerant gourmet adventure, with no fixed location, following gastronomic events and collaborations with the Courchevel tourist office (list of events in the region: https://courchevel.com/fr/agenda-courchevel).
