Launched in 2021 by Olivier Arlot and Henri Leclerc, the wine bar is changing hands, but not in terms of standards, as it has been taken over by Jean-Philippe Blot, from Domaine de la Taille aux loups. The wine cellar is as well-stocked as ever, with a wide range of products to share: charcuterie, cheese and tapas, croquetas, butternut cappuccino with olive oil, croque-truffe, apple pie... In the glass, la Taille aux loups of course, but also Gimonnet et fils, Caraguilhes, Cuilleron, Coche-Dury, Beaurenard..
