Behind its now violet-blue façade, Macéo shows that it likes to renew itself with a constantly attractive offer, combining, through atmosphere and welcome, wine, modern Parisian bistro cuisine, and music, particularly jazz. The menu is wide-ranging and features a number of trendy ideas, including octopus carpaccio, gambas sucrine and guacamole, maigre sur peau artichokes and black olives with lemon condiment, confit pork belly brocoletti with ginger vinaigrette. Bordier cheeses, lemon pineapple rum baba to finish. The toque is backed up by an extensive cellar and good advice.
