You'll be able to move with pleasure and indulgence around a tapas-style menu that's always appropriate in a warm space: Galabar mustard blood sausage, eggplant paprika smoked bulgur and raisins, horse mackerel rillettes, semolina salad sardines feta avocado arugula, zucchini salsa verde apricot ewe's milk yoghurt almond.
