Gault&Millau's review 2026

A New York slice of Paris, from the Palais Royal to the fashion boutiques. We could see ourselves with a cosmo in hand, nibbling on pata negra, appenzell and speck croque, hummus pizzetta, continuing with a glass on vitello tonnato, diots purée, filet mignon mitraille potato and caramelized onions. Simple and relaxed, right down to the almond and apricot financier. Wide selection of world wines, including by the glass.
