It's both a place for insiders, which may seem a little off-putting to the uninitiated, and also a chic and charming boudoir, conveniently located near the Palais Royal. Admittedly, the no-choice menu comes close to €100, but everything on offer is made with care and taste: ricotta tartlet peas padron apricot pickles, lean leek potato radish zucchini, matured beef from Ferme de Clavisy grilled vegetables smoked fromage blanc, strawberry rhubarb jelly verbena coconut dessert. The welcome is inviting, the atmosphere serene and the wine well chosen, with a suggested pairing for each dish.
