Description
Sponsored Danielson Rakotoarivony welcomes you to his bistronomic restaurant. In the heart of old Nîmes, on a charming square with a fountain in the shade of magnolias, this epicurean invites you to enjoy convivial moments around sunny cuisine. Inspired by his childhood in the Mediterranean and his Madagascan origins, he brings to French gastronomy what he calls "his extra soul". He incorporates original Madagascar products such as voanjobory and ravitoto, as well as familiar scents such as the smokiness of summer barbecues in the South of France, reminiscent of burnt bricks on the Red Island. This talented gourmet gives pride of place to organic and local produce, and has put together an attractive wine list (including wines by the glass) to indulge from starter to dessert. Les Magnolias is the first showcase for this man with an atypical profile, who is both a medical nutritionist and holds diplomas in pastry-making, baking and cooking, and whose ambition is to open a spa clinic including a haute-gastronomie offering.
