Gault&Millau's review 2026

Efforts have been made to offer seasonal products, prepared with a touch of flair and imagination, while keeping prices low. The toque is retained, for eel with red beans and foie gras chantilly, guinea fowl contised with truffles and melting beet jus, and iced soufflé with fennel confit and Costières wine. To simplify things a little further, we'd be happy to serve it with a well-chosen local organic wine, from €20 to €30.
