Gourmet Restaurant Just a few minutes from Rochefort, this top-class hotel-restaurant offers comfortable rooms and a swimming pool in summer, as well as local, affordable dishes by Yohann Suire. The Compostelle menu offers good value for money, with foie gras with pistachio and Sauterne white wine jelly, duck fillet with celery purée, baby carrots and spinach shoots, and fresh red fruit consommé with mint and basil. Smiling service.
