A modern bistro with the right ambience, this is a table of its time, well placed on the banks of the Charente. Simplicity and a job well done, with a focus on the product and the producer: with mountain sow ham, chipiron croquetas, Vendée prefou on sharing plates, lean ceviche, Thai duck tataki, grilled octopus and 5A Charentaise andouillette, not forgetting the burgers or the veggie platter. Professional service, good and varied cellar.
