Sponsored In the heart of the triangle passing through Dole, Dijon and Beaune, Kristina and Alexandre Morlot sublimate small-scale, ultra-local and, if possible, organic produce through their semi-gastronomic cuisine. Located near the magnificent church of Saint-Rémy, in a cosy, romantic setting, they present recipes that evolve with the seasons. With a nod to her home town of Vilnius, the chef revisits the nuggets of traditional French cuisine with a touch of her native Lithuania, in reference to forgotten herbs. The culinary marvel of the house is the escalope of foie gras roasted with fresh red fruit chutney, an absolute must! But the hostess will also surprise you with her egg meurette with white wine, samoussas with Burgundy snails and succulent passion fruit meringue tart. A daydream for your taste buds! In summer, the flower-filled terrace welcomes you in a peaceful setting. The restaurant can be privatized for all your events, and if you choose a venue within a 40-kilometer radius for up to 250 guests, Kristina will deliver your menus via a catering service. From January 2024, the restaurant will be open on Thursday evenings and closed on Tuesday lunchtimes.
