A magnificent castle and a vaulted room with a picturesque atmosphere, offering a timeless experience just twenty minutes from Dijon. Named after the two rivers that flow through the estate, the restaurant features contemporary cuisine beautifully presented, including a starter of braised red endive with spianata and buttermilk, Crisenon trout with pollen, pak choi, and beurre blanc; veal sweetbreads with creamy peas, wild garlic, and reduced jus; and strawberry cream with fennel gel and strawberry-fennel sorbet.
