In the setting of this vast mansion twenty minutes from Dijon, an attractive vaulted room serves up meals well suited to the hotel trade, in the bistronomic style of a well-mastered contemporary cuisine: trout gravlax with roasted beet cream and green apple brillat-savarin cream, filet of duckling with smoked carrot orange confit mousseline, chocolate sorbet passion dessert in a well-executed sequence at €52 (€59 and €69 in four or five courses).
