Sponsored Friendship, generosity and conviviality: this could be the motto of Les 3 Compères, a restaurant in the heart of Noyon. It's here that Julien, Nicolas and Maxime revisit the great classics of French bistro cuisine. A gourmet trio with well-defined tasks, Nicolas is always on hand to advise and serve you. In the kitchen, Chef Julien offers grandma's cooking, home-cooked delicacies sublimated by high-level know-how and technique. Here, fresh produce and local products take pride of place. The menu, which changes with the seasons, includes truffle-cooked eggs, wood-fired sirloin steak and Chef-style red mullet. A perfect balance between precise cooking, harmonious flavors and authenticity! In the dining room, in a cosy setting designed by Maxime's architect companion, diners are in for a treat. We chat, we exchange, we feel good. As for the cellar, it's all local, with fine bottles selected by Nicolas. The desserts, also homemade, are worth the detour. Profiteroles, tatin, crème brûlée... It's good and it's beautiful!
