Chef's Restaurant It's a historic restaurant between Amiens and Noyon, where many visitors have stopped since 1963 to discover this Samarian institution. Under the leadership of Éric Gachignard, the house maintains this timeless spirit, with an almost old-fashioned charm, marking a comforting continuity that continues in the plate. The "à la table d'Éric" menu offers excellent value for money, with snail ravioli, chard, oyster mushrooms, garlic and bread tuile, roasted monkfish medallion with gomasio seeds, pea and white asparagus brouillade, veal kidneys with old-fashioned mustard, celery and mushroom confit, and a dessert of roasted rhubarb, crispy granola with acacia honey and light verbena cream. Good service.
