Minted objects, elegant colors, a warm fireplace, beautiful openings onto the flower-filled patio and pleasant terrace: the setting is ideal for discovering the gourmet score composed by Chef Rayn Bazit, a native of Martinique with a passion for cuisine that is as creative as it is daring. He delivers subtle, well-crafted dishes, using seasonal, local produce, and revisits tradition with original, masterful blends of flavors. The cellar gives pride of place to Touraine and the finest wine-growing regions. The Yz-Bar is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a gourmet break, with a selection of local and artisanal drinks, sharing boards and other delicacies, and house cocktails. Sincere hospitality, a smiling welcome, subtle cuisine: the ingredients for a successful relaxing interlude! Open Wednesday to Sunday and, by reservation only, also on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
