Because as soon as you sit down, you'll feel happy with this incredible view over the Garonne, at the foot of the Chaban-Delmas Bridge. "Above all, we want the customer to have an irrepressible desire to come back, hence our choice of naming the restaurant Le Re", adds Alexandre Girodeau. At the helm of this veritable place of life, exchange and sharing since 2015, he relies on a young, dynamic and friendly team. The restaurateurs are very attentive to customers who, over time, become friends. They maintain close relationships with their suppliers, who share the restaurant's commitment to quality. In the kitchen, the ingenious and creative Chef revisits culinary classics and concocts a short slate, evolving according to the weather, the seasonality of the produce (always fresh and of high quality) and his inspiration. In the evenings, from Monday to Friday, cheese and charcuterie boards are available.
