Discretion, efficiency, flavor: Alice and Riccardo combine their talents to offer a solidly based Italian cuisine, modernized and personalized by themselves. With just five courses a week, and a single menu at €79, the model is now well known and will appeal to fans of the genre, which gives the actors complete freedom: pretty appetizers for starters, sea bass crudo, morel pasta with hazelnut crunch and fish juice, small boat catfish with saffron potato and umeboshi hollandaise emulsion, finishing with gariguette and almond sbrisolona.
