Chef's Restaurant An attractive Italian restaurant in the Old Quarter, close to the Bourse. Having built their reputation, Alice and Riccardo can now capitalize on their talents. Giving in to the (practical) fashion of the single menu, they now limit access to a clientele of discoverers, who adhere to the imposed formula of a five-course menu for €73. Naturally, and only in the evening, we take great pleasure in the inspiration of the moment with aperitif bites (cichetti), canaderli (gnocchi from Alto Adige) with haddock, scallop crudo and spiralotti, soft-steamed fish with Piedmont hazelnut and guanciale. Well-developed Italian cellar.
