Gourmet Restaurant To the south of Nantes, Olivier Guenoun's restaurant has held its place for almost ten years now, with a fine consistency. The faithful are regulars, and we join them for a dish that deserves a mention for both its idea and technique: mackerel gravelax and fine pea purée with mint, scallops and langoustines flambéed with Armagnac, just-roasted rib steak with mint jus, melon, watermelon and peach carpaccio, verbena ice cream. Friendly service.
