Chef's Restaurant The street is quiet, and the good life was established here decades ago thanks to Jean-Charles Baron. The philosophy of the place hasn't changed. Above all, it's about cooking for the moment, good food, generosity and conviviality. And dishes with a taste of tradition, seasoned with the latest trends: razor clams with parsley, pâté en croûte, scallops with mushrooms, veal kidneys in red wine, partridge with cabbage in hunting season. The excellent Tarte Tatin and Belle-Hélène pear are sure to put you in a good mood. A connoisseur's cellar, attracted simply by what's good.
