The menu changes every month, proof of chef Hugo Mercier's passion and creativity. The 26-year-old opened his establishment in 2024 after training with some of the greatest names in French gastronomy. His high-flying career explains the excellence of his restaurant. Indeed, here, we are dedicated to the pleasure and well-being of our customers, down to the smallest detail. From the mignardise to the dessert, from the old-fashioned sauce bases to the homemade vinegars, it's flawless. Note that in summer, on Sundays, the restaurant offers barbecue cooking to cultivate the "bon franquette" aspect and echo the culture of the South... without detracting from the excellence of the service. We warmly recommend this restaurant, whose philosophy is to make gastronomy accessible to all. A true signature.
