Gourmet Restaurant Not far from Lamballe, this elegant 16th-century manor house in the heart of the Breton countryside is a haven of peace, where the charm of the premises is enhanced by a spa and a table designed by William Langlet. The chef creates a personal, modern cuisine, using local produce in original, technical compositions, carpaccio of shrimp with strawberries and black sesame ice cream, turbot meunière with buckwheat and eggplant, suckling lamb shoulder in a spice crust. Desserts in the same vein, with a revisited paris-brest or fruit soup with mojito. Cellar adapted.
