Sponsored As a good epicurean, Jullien Delrot created in June 2021 this unique place in La Grande Motte, on the so-called Quai d'Honneur. Since then, he has enjoyed working with his wife Céline and son Guilhem. They love to share with their customers this restaurant philosophy that combines good food with good hospitality. Thanks to excellent word-of-mouth, this tapas restaurant and lounge bar has carved out a fine image with a rather demanding clientele. They appreciate the quality of their plates - from homemade tapas to platters of marinated scallops, oysters from the Etang de Thau and shrimp bouquet - and also their drinks, with a good choice of local wines or a cocktail prepared by Céline. As for Guilhem, he puts his talents to good use in the kitchen, transforming noble products into dishes to share: truffle croque-Monsieur, zucchini flower fritters, pluma brochettes and more. Enjoy a convivial moment in a chic, relaxed atmosphere, to the rhythm of lounge-style music.
