Sponsored Located close to the Château de La Brède, this institution, which takes its name from an association founded in 1904, is established on the town's most beautiful square, where, in fine weather, it installs its pleasant terrace. Today, Le Cercle is run by Jessica and Charles, the chef, and their desire to delight their customers' taste buds. "We simply make traditional cuisine that reflects our style," they announce in unison. The indoor barbecue enables them to offer beautifully grilled cuts of meat, as well as the chef's specialties such as hot/cold tuna with spices... On the sweet side, the famous pastries (French toast, raspberry macaroons...) are always a big hit. In the heart of the charming patio or in one of the three privatizable rooms, customers are served in a family atmosphere by a friendly team who have more surprises in store for you. Le Cercle also offers a catering service, once again based on local, quality products - a service that is increasingly in demand.
