Chef's Restaurant In the prestigious setting of Les Sources de Caudalie, the second restaurant, with its farmhouse-style dining and superb re-enactment decor, has gained yet another toque, thanks to the efforts of Nicolas Masse's team. The commitment to excellence of our Gironde 4-toques rubs off in the washhouse, to the delight of guests who enjoy their meal at a much lower price. The ideal daily menu is €45, with plates that may be simple but are always well prepared. For fans of classic local fare, foie gras, pâté en croûte, beef cheek with glazed carrots and preserved lemon, and magret with crème de cassis are sure to draw crowds to the Graves region.
