A pleasant natural stopover just a few minutes from Bordeaux, to enjoy a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The Pérot family address is now run by Tatiana, the daughter of the house, perpetuating her father's teachings through traditional cuisine. On the menu: langoustine ravioli with lime, fresh cod pavé roasted in gingerbread crumbs, pig's trotter stuffed with morel mushrooms, cumin and passion fruit, fillet of beef with Bordeaux sauce, nougat glazed with Grand-Marnier.
