Sponsored Established in Nice in 2017, after running a Lebanese restaurant for 20 years in Strasbourg, Jean Haidar and his son, Anthony, offer delicious Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine that's authentic, modern and refined, just a 10-minute walk from Place Garibaldi. At Le Cèdre, everything is homemade, using fresh produce. Father and son, both trained at the hotel school, revisit Lebanese classics: falafel, hummus, kebbe... Le Cèdre offers a three- or four-course menu with an assortment of hot and cold mezzés, main courses and desserts, at €33 or €39. A vegetarian menu is also available, accompanied by a fine Lebanese wine list. Chef Jean Haidar also distinguishes himself with his signature dessert, La Brise du Cèdre: a golden puff pastry roll filled with pistachio cream and red fruits. Semi-gastronomic, Le Cèdre welcomes you with courtesy and professionalism, in a warm and chic setting. To dine at Le Cèdre is to experience a true culinary voyage.
