The neighborhood is buoyant, and the influence of this well-balanced, relatively modest restaurant is steady. We come for the hushed ambience, the well-balanced seasonal menu and the well-composed set menus. The €59 menu, with its wild asparagus in sage broth, perfect egg with sweet potato mousse, lean meat in dashi broth and creamy pineapple tartar with mango and mint sorbet, has our approval.
