With an unobstructed view of the Linkin basin in the port of Perros-Guirec, this new address, run by Stéphane and Su-Ching Vinçon, is a beautiful restaurant where the products of Brittany are given pride of place. Customers will appreciate the relaxed atmosphere and a menu that evolves with the seasons and the catch. Stéphane and Su-Ching prepare modern bistro cuisine, skilfully focusing on fish and meat from Brittany's coastline and inland. They work exclusively with local suppliers, and are delighted to suggest Paimpol oysters to visitors all year round. Another asset of the Bistrot de la Rade is the waitress's in-depth knowledge of wine. She'll suggest the perfect pairing with the chosen dishes. An address to savour!
