Gourmet Restaurant The beautiful 4* hotel in the former Abbey of the Capucins also offers a small bistro, which takes advantage of both the level of service and the charm of the place, with its blend of history and modernity. The menu is well-calibrated, with local traditions and more general recipes: Caesar salad or semi-cooked foie gras, beef flank steak with a crying tiger sauce, cassoulet with Espelette pepper from the Micouleau house. Set menu €35.
