Gourmet Restaurant This is one of Montauban's chic restaurants, located on the banks of the Tarn in a pretty bourgeois house. It's home to Jean-François Pech, who has been at the helm for over thirty years, serving up a fine blend of bourgeois, technical and traditional cuisine. The menu offers a wide range of tastes, whether from here or elsewhere: scallop risotto, pan-fried prawns flambéed with whisky and artichoke barigoule, lean back with scallop cream, authentic cassoulet from Castelnaudary, rack of lamb from Quercy Bas-Rouergue roasted in a herb crust, Tarn-et-Garonne honey gratin with raspberries. Classic cellar.
