Chef's Restaurant A house of heart and color! We love the location, the atmosphere, the vibrant decor, the A-DO-RABLES welcome and service... And, of course, the cuisine of Antoine Foezon (winner of the Gault&Millau Endowment), which expresses the spirit of the times and the seasons to the full, with no headaches but plenty of spirit. By lunchtime, the tone is already set: the simple ruby potato and squid salad with kumquat vinaigrette is not banal. It's all about the freshness of the ingredients and their cooking. The seasoning sets the pace. Next up, the beautiful hake steak, cooked at low temperature to preserve all its flavor. The texture of the creamy pumpkin is perfect, and the hint of cinnamon is a real plus. As for the miso sauce, its presence and pleasant balance invigorate the whole dish. The reinterpretation of the galette des rois, refreshed by a creamy and creamy laurel ice cream, is not to be refused! All of which makes you want to come back in the evening, when the menu is slightly more upscale, but still with exemplary pricing wisdom.
