The charming seaside resort of Locquirec, with its magnificent panorama of the English Channel and the Pink Granite Coast, is home to this modestly-sized hotel (just six rooms, but all nicely renovated) and the restaurant of Yannick Le Beaudour, a former student of Stéphane Carrade and Michel Trama, among others. Le Beaudour's cuisine is perfectly calibrated to satisfy almost any taste, with green asparagus, cold vegetable soup with bear's garlic, lobster, scallops and mackerel in gravelax, braised turbot with pommes grenailles, braised sweetbreads with mushroom jus and chocolate cream with morello cherries and blackberry sorbet.
