A fine modern brasserie that caters to all, offering the pleasure of quality seafood and local organic produce from listed producers. The result is an appetizing, easy-to-understand menu that doesn't forget the latest trends (octopus and hummus, burgers and beef tataki are all on the menu), but also shows honest, meticulous cooking: perfect egg with snails and mushrooms, filet of pollack with cockles and mussels in a marinière cream sauce, chuck steak with virgin sauce, mashed potatoes with thyme... Finish off with a kouign-amann tatin or an ice cream sundae.
