Today, the young man from Naples and his friend, Sicilian chef Carmelo Lopresti, who has worked in some of the world's finest kitchens, are taking on a new challenge with the opening of 2 Sicilie Food. The concept? Take customers on a journey to discover little-known specialities such as arancini, frittata, the Italian version of omelette, gourmet panini made from pizza dough... A hybrid address dedicated to Sicilian and Neapolitan street food, which can be found at markets in the Paris region (Bussy, Roissy-en-Brie...), with a fine selection of small producers (charcuterie, cheeses...), homemade dishes and fresh pasta to die for. Emanuele and Carmelo's 2 Sicilie Food offers in-home service in the form of a gourmet show around their mobile pizza oven. But they can also offer tailor-made menus and minute doughs for all your events. Buon appetito!
