Gourmet Restaurant High above the Dordogne, this magnificent 17th-century stone farmhouse, on the site of an ancient Roman farm, is now a splendid 4-star establishment, offering a privileged clientele the pleasure of a remarkable location and unquestionable comfort. You'll enjoy a soothing, slightly bourgeois atmosphere, where you'll find the best of the Périgord terroir. Recently arrived chef Quentin Halard offers a fine selection of market dishes, sometimes following fashions but always respecting the produce. You'll discover sea bream ceviche with tomato confit, pollack and conchiglionis stuffed with baby spinach, and lamb with artichoke cream and polenta. Meticulous service.
