Certainly not Laëtitia Chouteau, a passionate restaurateur who has set high standards for the dishes that come out of the kitchen of her open-air establishment for 6 seasons now. She works closely with the Chef to create a menu where the freshness of heirloom tomatoes and their burrata compete with the flavors of tuna tataki or sea bream fillet. Dishes that go just as well with Provence wines as with a selection of increasingly popular beers and ciders. Customers flock here for breakfast and then, with continuous service from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., to enjoy this Mediterranean cuisine with their feet in the sand and a postcard setting. If you're in a hurry, you can opt for a real pan bagnat or a chicken club sandwich. Last but not least, an aperitif in front of a magnificent sunset also contributes to the success of La Praia, open from mid-March to mid-November, on the Marinières beach.
