Close to Nice, this palace with its pink façade and Florentine allure nevertheless cultivates a very French chic, infused by the (very) talented Richard Martinet, who is also responsible for the restoration of the Crillon and the Peninsula in Paris. The 39 rooms and villas boast a perfect blend of modernity and classicism, with contemporary lines, antique furnishings, chandeliers and gilding testifying to the timeless elegance of this exceptional place. And the best is yet to come with the discovery of the Maria Galland spa, the terrace overlooking the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean and the immense 29°C seawater pool. Not to mention the estate's 3 restaurants, including the remarkable Restaurant des Rois, with its dining room opening 180° onto the sea. Since 2018, guests have been able to sample the cuisine of chef Julien Roucheteau (formerly of Lancaster, Paris), who has made this palace one of the Côte d'Azur's gastronomic hot spots.
