In the center of the famous seaside resort, Manuel Dupont's immaculate table is a top-notch bistronomic eatery, where you'll find the pleasure of southern cuisine, confidently executed and meticulously dressed. In this white universe, the colorful dishes stand out all the more: artichoke barigoule with olives and poached egg, filet of wild meagre with tarragon beurre blanc, rack of lamb from Les Adrets with rosemary jus, melon and nougatine parfait glacé.
