Sponsored At Wil's, in the heart of the Gapençais region, you can enjoy the simple pleasures of home-made suggestions. Williams offers local specialties such as tourtons and ravioles, which are served au gratin and on his Champsaur plate, which also includes local cured ham and salad. Speaking of salads, the hot goat's cheese and the ardéchoise with Roquefort and walnuts are musts. And because we return regularly to Wil's, we satisfy our cravings of the moment with an entrecôte or a burger (French Charolais meat) accompanied by crunchy, homemade French fries, just like our dish of the day. Finally, if you simply want to treat yourself at home, why not try one of his takeaway pizzas? They're just as tasty as the other offerings from this "Petite Maison", whose dining room opens out onto the terrace in fine weather.
