Sponsored At Wil's, in the heart of the Gapençais region, you can enjoy the simple pleasures of home-made suggestions. Williams offers local specialties such as tourtons and ravioles, which are served au gratin and on his Champsaur plate, which also includes local cured ham and salad. Speaking of salads, the hot goat's cheese and the ardéchoise with Roquefort and walnuts are musts.
