Original Restaurant Mickaël Guillard's bouchon in the old town is a must, for its superb bistro-style decor, with its omnipresent vintage wood (Thonet chairs, molded counter and slate), and for its well-represented classics. Enjoy a crème brûlée with foie gras and lentils, a beef tartare au couteau, a rack of veal with spiced jus, or a red fruit and Tonka bean delight. A warm atmosphere.
