Gourmet Restaurant In this splendidly preserved 18th-century residence, with its warm, bourgeois atmosphere, guests come for the pleasures of classic, perfectly mastered cuisine. The à la carte menu is packed with delicious recipes, including marinated salmon in escabeche, pan-seared fillet of sea bream with stuffed piquillo mushrooms and sweet bell pepper emulsion, skewered duck breast with caramelized melon, and peanut-glazed parfait with cream sauce. Classic cellar.
