Original Restaurant La Gourmandière nouvelle formule will be reborn very soon (effective from October 2024) at Domaine du Liziec on a six-hectare site ideal for a new adventure for chef Olivier Samson, who plans three dining venues with renewed ambition. The three "toques" (at least) should be back in full bloom as soon as this venue opens, and it will undoubtedly be the highlight of the coming season in Vannes.
